Condition of Items
Many of our items are second-hand or vintage and may show minor signs of wear, natural aging, or small imperfections consistent with previous use. These characteristics are not considered defects.
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

In the same condition as received
Unworn and unused after delivery
With any original tags attached
In original packaging
Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, Modern Fairy is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will provide any necessary information to assist with the process where possible.
Import Duties & Taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are non-refundable, including in the case of returns or refused shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives significantly damaged beyond what was described, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.
