Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or weather conditions.
Shipping Responsibility & Risk
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
modern fairy is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance where possible.
Import Duties, Taxes & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable, including in the case of returns or refused deliveries.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for shipments delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
